Like me, I'm sure you're wondering...who the heck is this Dr. Beach and how does he choose his Top 10?!
Well, Dr. Beach is Dr. Stephen Leatherman and he has been evaluating and ranking beaches all over the world for over 30 years! Wow...now that's a great job!
And he's pretty thorough about it too...rating beaches on 50 separate criteria like water color, sand softness, number of sunny days, size of waves, seaweed, amenities, etc.
After all his tabulations this year, Dr. Beach has come out with his Top 10 Beaches for 2022.
And Eastham's Coast Guard Beach checked in at #10!
