You may have heard Nina & I talk about the fact that I'm not the biggest beer guy. I'm much more of a hard alcohol fan!
So, with today being St. Patrick's Day, I decided to ask my friend, Rob, bartender extraordinaire at Bobby Byrne's in Hyannis, for something new and fun I could partake of today.

- 1 part...Jameson Irish Whiskey
- 1 part...Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 part...Peppermint Schnaps
- A Creme de menthe floater
- All over rocks

Of course, I had him make me one for research purposes only...and, knock me over the head with a shillelagh, it was fantastic!
