Nina & Kevin were talking this morning about a new trend in the culinary world...Corn Ribs!
It's basically corn on the cob...but it's a little more involved, as you have to cut your cobs in half before you spice them up and throw them in the grill.
And as they cook, they curl up and look just like a meat rib!
The tricky part comes when you have to cut up the corn cobs!
Nina & Kevin welcomed a 12-year veteran chef on the phone to talk about the pros (more flavorful than regular street corn) and the cons (losing a finger) of cooking up your on batch of Corn Ribs!
