One of the first things that came out after Melinda Gates announced that her and Bill were divorcing after 27 years of marriage was the fact that they DIDN'T sign a prenup before they said "I do"!
That got Nina & Kevin talking about prenups. Are they a sign that you're hedging your best on a union that may not make it...or are they a good thing to help protect assets brought into and made during the marriage?
Sounds like they are on opposite sides on this one...and they took some calls to see what other Cape Codders thought...
