You know how when someone does something to be a jerk you always wish there was someone around to hold them accountable?
Like when that driver behind you is tailgating you on the Mid Cape and flies past you at 80 when you get into the next lane to let him pass?
Well sometimes, karma is watching...and does offer some retribution!
So, when this guys decided to push over a stack of tires for the fun of it...karma decided it was payback time!
