This guy was being chased by a dog and runs right into a parked car. In the video you can see this guy running for his life as because he's being chased by a really scary dog awe at least that's what I feel that guy was thinkng. The funny part is not only does he run into the car because he wasn't looking where he was running but he's being chased by what looks like a Hot Dog or better know as a Dachshund. I mean what was that little guy going to do? Bit him in the ankles?
