This happened in El Monte, California. The guy driving the tow truck almost crashed into the laundry mat. In this video, you can see him plowing through a bunch of parked cars in front of the laundromat. He proceeds to keep driving and tries to get away when people in the parking lot try to stop him by breaking his drivers side window and trying to pull him out. The police finally show up to deescalate the situation.When police get him out of the tow truck you can see how inebriated he is, thank God no one was hurt.
