This truck driver escaped without injury after the dump truck he was driving hit a bridge near the Milwaukee International Airport. The driver thought the bed was down, he says he always puts it down. In the video you can see another car start to slow down because they noticed that the bed was up and that truck was not down and it was going to hot the bridge.
