Now, I am not a doctor.
However, I did take EMT training courses when I was younger, so I do know some basics about proper emergency medical care.
One of the first things you learn is the ABC's...airway, breathing and circulation.
Sometime right after that you learn another important lesson...don't let your patient fall out the back of your ambulance!
I know, it sounds like a something you'd see on the Three Stooges...but it actually happened to EMT's in Thailand!
