According to 62-year-old fitness enthusiast, George Hood is setting his sights on breaking a Guinness World Record for planking. The current record is 8 hours, 1 minute! No, this is not a typo...8 hours, 1 minute!
So, Nina & Kevin got to thinking...we're younger...we should be able to do at least the 1 minute part of that, no?!
