A man was sent back to prison for lighting a joint during his court appearance.In the video you see him pull out the marijuana cigarette and light it right in the court room. I was kind of shocked that no one was really watching him and he got as far as lighting it. He surely planned it because instead of having a lighter which I don’t think are allowed in a courthouse he had a book of matches. Apparently, he was trying to prove a point that he wants marijuana to be legal in the state of Tennessee but that was not the right way to go about it.According to News4 WSMV Nashville the man is now facing 10 days in jail for contempt because of it.
