Retired Sgt. Victor W. Butler is believed to be the last surviving Tuskegee Airman in Rhode Island and wants one thing for his 100th Birthday. Sgt. Victor is turing 100 on May 21 and wants birthday cards for his big day. He said he will read all of the cards even thought it might take him a while.
