Kevin Matthews talks with Patricia Corsini, who is the family organizer for Operation Flags For Vets. In 2011, her brother, Paul Monti, started this program to place flags on the graves of every military member at the National Cemetery in Bourne on both Memorial Day & Veterans Day.
