Back in February of this year, the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals reversed a law that was enacted forbidding women to go topless in public, saying the law was basically unconstitutional discrimination.
And now that the last town has dropped its appeal of the ruling, women in the states of Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Utah & Wyoming can now bare all without breaking the law!.
My first thought when I saw this was how many women would actually want to take advantage of this?! Now, I believe that, for the most part, women are prohibited from baring their breasts on many Cape Cod beaches.
So, I thought I'd take a poll to see, if it was completely legal, would ever do it?
