This woman is actually doing something I heard about for the first time in my life earlier today...and it's called facial yoga!
Here's how you do it...smile while pursing your lips, then create a fish face by sucking the inside of your cheeks into the gap between the sides of your teeth. I tied to do this, but I just HATE that sucking feeling from doing a fish face...I just can't do it, it makes me want to throw up and I don't know why!
Anyway, you're supposed to do this at least five times to firm and tone your lips and cheeks.
Supposedly, it helps to decrease the crow's feet. lines around your eyes, too!
Go ahead and give it a try...when nobody's looking, of course LOL!
