Falmouth Grant Used For New Mixed Use Project

New affordable housing units are going up in Falmouth thanks to a big grant.

The Falmouth Select Board approved a nearly one-point-nine-million-dollar grant for the Valle Group to redevelop the land that used to be home to Paul's Precision Auto Shop.

The mixed-use site in the 400-block of Main Street will have 15 income-restricted one and two-bedroom apartments available once construction is completed sometime in the summer of `25.
