Some Martha's Vineyard Migrants Get Visas

At least three of the 49 migrants dropped off by plane on Martha's Vineyard almost two years ago are getting visas to legally live and work in the U.S.

The attorney representing the migrants says the trio will be receiving U visas that are granted to crime victims since they were duped into boarding flights from Texas set up by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.

Whether or not the rest of the migrants will be afforded the same opportunity is still up in the air.
