Meet Tabitha!

Tabitha is a 12-week-old female kitten looking for a new home. Tabitha is what ARL calls a Tiny Tiger. She was born outdoors and has needed a period of socialization to begin her trust of humans. When bringing a Tiny Tiger into the shelter environment, ARL staff and volunteers will constantly handle the kitten, pairing these experiences with treats or tasty food. Over time Tiny Tigers build trust and learn to depend on humans for their essential needs. Bringing a Tiny Tiger into the home can be a slow process, they may hide or be overly shy at first, but do warm up over time. Tabitha would do best in a quiet home and an experienced cat owner would be preferable.

The Animal Rescue League of Boston is currently operating by appointment only Tuesday-Sunday 11am-4pm. Our Adoption Forward process will start with a phone conversation.
