The Zoning Board of Appeals in Falmouth is set to vote early next month on whether they will revoke the building permit of the developer of a nearly 700 thousand dollar home.
The Board of Appeals had originally approved the permit, but now there is a question as to whether the building lot on Pheasant Lane was actually restricted to be used only as Open Space.
