A dangerousness hearing is set for tomorrow for a 33 year old South Yarmouth man charged with assaulting a pregnant woman, a child and a dog.
Dimitar Daskalov according to prosecutors pushed the pregnant woman and threw a toy truck at a one year old baby.
Police say that Daskalov is in this country illegally, for as many as 5 years after first coming to this country on a work visa.
Federal officials are considering an immigration detainer.
