The hearing for a West Dennis man accused of shooting another man in the head outside of a package store has been delayed.
Saul Hernandez-Arroyo is accused of shooting the man on August 30th. That led to a chase. Two hours after the shooting the arrest was made.
The judge did not announce in open court why attorneys were seeking the delay.
