Elizabeth Miya Jones, 20, is a cellist from Greenwich, Connecticut. She is a second-year Harvard/New England Conservatory Dual Degree candidate, pursuing a bachelor's degree in History of Art and Architecture at Harvard as well as a master's degree in Cello Performance at NEC in the studio of Paul Katz. Elizabeth is a graduate of Greens Farms Academy and The Juilliard School Pre-College, where she was a student of Amy Barston.

Elizabeth received Grand Prix at the Concert Festival International Competition and First Prizes at the American Fine Arts Festival and Golden Key Music Festival. She has served as principal cellist of the Harvard-Radcliffe Orchestra and Juilliard Pre-College Orchestra; and has performed at Carnegie Hall's Weill Recital Hall, Lincoln Center’s Bruno Walter Hall, Juilliard’s Paul Hall, Paine Concert Hall, and Symphony Space. She has participated in Bowdoin International Music Festival, Philadelphia International Music Festival, Burgos International Music Festival and Sitka International Cello Seminar. Elizabeth has also received training as a conductor at Juilliard Pre-College and at the Valissima Institute for Orchestral Conducting.

Elizabeth is delighted to return to the Cape Cod Museum of Art.
