This guy wanted to kick up the romance a little when he asked his girlfriend to marry him!
So, he hopped along a boat bridge to get to his girlfriend so he could propose!
The glitch in the system happened when she got so excited in the moment and reached out to hug him. She ended up inadvertently hitting the throttle, the boyfriend when flying into the water and the boat crashed into the dock!
