The most amazing thing about this video is that the event, which happened back in July in Rochester, New York, is only coming out now!
According to city operations officials, the city employee who was driving the garbage truck NEVER told them about what happened!
They only got word of the incident late last month and have been trying to reach the poor woman who got taken for a ride she didn't sign up for!
Somehow, the driver was trying to use a claw on the truck to pick up the trash container on the corner...and hooked the corner of the bench as well!
By the way, the driver retired right after this happened! I bet he did...
