Boat time usually means party time!
And party time usually is accompanied by a variety of adult beverages!
However, when some partygoers have too many adult beverages...they can tend to get "off their game". It could cause them to lose awareness of their surroundings.
Take for example this woman, who was partying with friends on a boat and decided to stand up and walk toward the front of the boat, just when they were going under an overhead bridge.
