Happy Chinese New Year!
So, there are 12 signs of the Chinese zodiac...and today starts the year of the pig! Which is ironic...because I was quite a pig at lunch today!
I celebrated the holiday with shrimp ravioli, crab rangoons, boneless spare ribs, rice noodles with chicken, steamed dumplings, pork with broccoli and ginger sauce all found their way to my lunch plate from the buffet!
I was actually born in the year of the dog. And, people born under each zodiac sign are born with their own different characteristics, according to the zodiac chart.
