Lowell Cafe in West Holly wood is the first public Cannabis Cafe in America. The Cafe is warm and homey and has a copper bar. They do not offer any alcohol however they have a full weed with 14 page menu of buds, edibles, vapes and accessories to choose from. Visitors are allowed to bring their own Cannabis for a "tokeage" fee of $20. If you're in the West Hollywood area and want to check out the Lowell Cape it's a few street away on Sunset Boulevard near an In-N- Out Burger.
